At exactly 1:20 one of the main characters needs to become fixated on something nobody else sees or cares about.
At exactly 2:07 I want to see butter and it has to do something with the story at hand.
At exactly 3:33 we see something the main characters don¹t that could be a glimpse of a scene from another movies the audience is curious, but is immediately snapped back into your movie. (Example: A car goes by with two men fighting over one of those inflatable doughnuts to ease hemorrhoid pain, but nothing is said or made of it.)
At exactly 5:00 there;¹s need to be a "Grand Pause", introspective moment
